We are seeking motivated and experienced Tele Callers to join our team in Kolkata. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing information about our services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our services.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful client engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimize client acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a telecall-ing or customer service role.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Graduation from a recognized institution.
